في بغداد، أقيم مؤتمر مبلغي محور بغداد لزيارة أربعين الامام الحسين (عليه السلام)، وقد حضره سماحة السيد أحمد الأشكوري، المشرف على التبليغ الحوزوي، وقد بيّن سماحته ضرورة العمل على توسيع رقعة العمل التبليغي، لما في ذلك من أثر في إصلاح المجتمع، الذي لا يستغني بحال عن العلماء الذين يضيؤون الدرب أمام الناس في طريقهم نحو الكمال.

من جهته، بيّن سماحة الشيخ طارق البغدادي أن هذا المشروع ينبثق من حوزة النجف الأشرف، وأبناؤها هم رواد هذا التبليغ، وهو تبليغ لا يسعى إلى دنيا، وإنما كل همّ المبلغين هو بيان الأحكام الشرعية للناس، ووعظهم بما يصبّ في طريق تكاملهم المعنوي.

هذا، وإن التبليغ الحوزوي مستمر في جميع محاوره، في الوقت الذي يتزايد تدفق زوار أبي عبد الله الحسين (عليه السلام) باتجاه كربلاء.

على صعيد آخر، زار اللواء الركن قيس خلف قائد عمليات الفرات الأوسط ومرافقوه مقر عمل التبليغ الحوزوي في طريق (يا حسين) في موكب العتبتين المقدستين، وبيّن استعداد الأجهزة الأمنية التام، للقيام بمهامهم في الحفاظ على حياة الزوار الكرام من أي خطر محتمل.

In Baghdad, a conference was held for Baghdad axis informers (Mubaligheen) for Al Arbaeen pilgrimage of Al Imam Al Hussain (peace be upon him) and his eminence Sayed Ahmed Al- Ashkoori the supervisor of the Hawzawy guidance has attended it, and he clarifies the necessity of the expansion of the area of guidance work, where there is an effect on society reformation, the situation that is indispensible in any case from the religious scientists whom illuminate the path in front of people on their way to integrity.
Meanwhile the eminence of Al Sheikh Tariq Al Baghdadi shows that this project emerged from the Islamic Seminary (Hawza) of Holy Najaf and its sons whom the guidance goers and the aim of this guidance is not the mundane goal, but the concern of the informers (Mubaligheen) is to declare the legitimate laws for people, and preach to them with what is in the interest of their spiritual integrity.
And this Hawzawy Guidance continues in all its access, at the time that the flow of the visitors of Abi Abdullah Al Hussain (peace be upon him) increased towards Karbalaa.
On the other hand the General Qais Khalef the operational commander of the middle Euphrates (Al Furat Al Awsat) and his companions visit the Hawzawy Guidance work site on the path (Ya Hussain) in the procession of both sacred shrines, and shows the full preparations of security services to perform their missions to save the honourable visitors lives from any expected danger.
